The Ladies

Queen of the coop and everyone's favorite hen. 

Gatsby is the sweetest chicken of them all. . . . Sorry Rainy Day, I still love you. Gatsby is very beautiful . . . Sorry Rainy Day you are still beautiful. As you can tell she is quickly growing to be one of my favorites . . . Sorry Rainy Day but you are still my favorite . . . for now. 

Aardvark is my ant eating machine. She loves ants. The other hens think that ants are too spicy but she loves living on the edge. She seems to be the only one tough enough to battle Mr. Frizzle. 

Hawk is one of our "teenager" hens. She looks as fierce as a hawk. 

Hedgehog is one of our chocolate eggers. 

Itchy is a special hen. When she was just a chick she had an ear infection and couldn't stop scratching her ear. Itchy is no longer in our flock she went to a new home. 

Roadrunner is our fastest and springiest hen. Nobody can catch her.

Gingy looks like a fresh baked gingerbread cookie. She is one of our "teenagers". 

Puff is one of our silky chickens. She is a great layer and super sweet. She is also one of my first chickens. 

Nancy is our weirdest chicken. She will walk up to you and just stare you in the eye. She constantly paces back and forth in the coop for no reason. 

Starry Night is one of my teenagers. She is growing up fast and is always with her best friend crow. I love her black and white colors!

Crow is all black. She is best friends with Starry Night. She is not to be confused with her sisters Black Night or Shadow.
